电波传播分会

中国电子学会电波传播分会(Radio Propagation Society/CIE) 是中国电子学会下属二级学会,是依法登记的学术性、非营利性的全国性学术团体,挂靠单位为中国电波传播研究所。

分会的宗旨是团结和动员全国电子信息和电波传播界科技工作者,遵守国家的宪法、法律、法规及政策,遵守社会道德规范;尊重知识,尊重人才,积极倡导“团结、创新、求实、奉献”的精神,促进电波科学技术的学术繁荣和发展;努力促进电波科学技术和电子信息科学技术的普及和应用;促进电波科学技术和电子信息科学技术人才的成长和提高;促进电波科学技术和电子信息科学技术与经济的结合,积极反映电波科学科技工作者的意见,为电波科学科技工作者服务。

分会的主要任务是开展国内外电波科学界学术及技术交流;普及电波传播科学技术和电子信息科学技术知识,推广电波传播科学技术和电子信息技术应用;编辑出版电波科学科技书刊;开展辅助决策、技术咨询,举办科技展览等。

分会的专业领域涉及电磁波理论与数值分析、电磁散射与逆散射理论、地下、水下传播及应用、对流层波传播与无线电气象、电离层电波传播与等离子体物理、地-空电路传播、移动通信中的电波传播问题、SAR及其在雷达与遥感中的应用、复杂媒质、复杂结构与电磁波相互作用、计算电磁学、电磁兼容、频谱管理与监测、电波传播技术在其它领域中的应用(现代通信技术、射电天文、地震电磁前兆、全球定位系统技术与生物效益等)、电波传播测试新技术、天线理论与测量技术、电波环境的新概念、新理论和新监测技术等。

分会编辑出版的学术刊物《电波科学学报》由中国科协主管、中国电子学会主办、电波传播分会编辑出版,创刊于1986年,是中文核心期刊,所刊论文已为《中国科技论文统计源期刊》等十多个期刊、文摘和数据库收录。

中国电子学会电波波传播学会与国际无线电科学联盟(URSI)、国际电信联盟(ITU)、欧洲非相干散射科学联合会(EISCAT)等国际学术组织有非常密切的学术关系,电波传播分会的专家分别担任了国际无线电联盟(URSI)中国委员会主席、 G、F委员会的中国主席、ITU-R第三研究组副主席。中国电子学会电波传播学会与上述国际学术组织共同发起召开各类国际性学术会议,其中,每两年一届的International Symposium on Antenna Propagation and EM Theory(天线、传播与电磁理论国际学术会议)已形成系列国际会议,每两年一届的全国电波传播学术讨论年会也已分别在全国各地举办了十余届。


Introduction to China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation

China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation, also known as the 22nd Institute of China Electronic Technology Corporation (CETC22), was established in 1963 in Beijing. It is the only professional research institute in China that concentrates on the study of electromagnetic environment. It has a branch and a National Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Environment in Qingdao, and a research center in Beijing, and also a research center in Su Zhou. Besides, it has several sounding stations, among those 18 in China, 9 abroad including 2 stations in the South Pole and North Pole.

CETC22 has a staff of over 1600, among those, 1 Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 50 senior research engineers, 30 experts awarded by special government allowances.

CETC22 mainly concentrates on the study and industrialization of radiowave propagation in different media of all bands from kHz to THz. With the rapid transformation of achievements in recent years, CETC22 now provides technical and service support to national defense and national information constructions, and the research achievements are directly applied to radar, communications, guidance, testing and controlling, remote sensing, spaceflight, marine meteorology, oil well logging, and etc. Nine engineering and industrial distributions has been formed including the marine information service, smart city, oil electronics, special target inspections, etc.

The space radio environment and weather information service system is developed and run based on all kinds of data (including the ionospheric characteristic parameters foF2/TEC/ hmF2/MUF, amplitude and phase scintillation index, electron density/electron temperature/ion temperature/plasma drift velocity profiles, middle and upper atmosphere wind/ temperature/turbulence, meteor distribution, solar radio flux etc). After the data analysis, modeling, evaluation and forecast by combing the radio propagation theory and method, the space radio environment and weather information is applied into some radio information system (including the HF broadcast and communication, satellite navigation and positioning, satellite communication, radar sounding, radio surveillance etc from the military and civil user) and greatly improves its performance on the space radio environment information service. And also CETC22 provide technical support and services like information consultation or customization and development of the space radio environment and weather information.
